What PAYMENT METHODS do you accept? 
We accept payments made through PayFast which allows you to use your Mastercard, Visa card, EFT and bitcoin. You can refer to the payment icons in the footer of the website. 
SHIPPING DETAILS
Once your order has been confirmed, we will ship your Case Beast product to your door. The delivery fee has already been incorporated into the price of the product. We will send the tracking number via e-mail or SMS. We offer Postnet 2 Postnet as well to customers outside of Johannesburg.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship our products in SOUTH AFRICA. 
When will my order arrive?
You can expect to receive your product within 7 to 14 days of placing your order.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us by email at casebeastinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days after we have received and reviewed the returned product.

Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout. However, if the packaging is damaged or missing, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package arrives back to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Product Review: All returned products will be reviewed to confirm the condition and eligibility for a refund. If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any returned packages due to an incorrect address.
